Os direitos das mulheres em situação de violência doméstica no contexto rural enfrentam desafios significativos de acesso à justiça, mesmo após os avanços proporcionados pela Lei Maria da Penha. O objetivo foi analisar as barreiras geográficas, culturais e socioeconômicas que afetam a busca por proteção legal. A metodologia utilizada foi uma revisão de literatura, baseada em artigos científicos e relatórios de bases de dados como Scopus e Web of Science. Fatores como o isolamento geográfico, a escassez de serviços especializados e as normas patriarcais agravam a dificuldade de acesso à justiça nessas regiões. Para garantir o pleno exercício dos direitos das mulheres rurais, é necessário fortalecer a infraestrutura de atendimento e promover mudanças sociais que favoreçam a proteção efetiva dessas vítimas.

The rights of women in situations of domestic violence in rural areas face significant challenges in accessing justice, even after the advances provided by the Maria da Penha Law. The objective was to analyze the geographic, cultural and socioeconomic barriers that affect the search for legal protection. The methodology used was a literature review, based on scientific articles and reports from databases such as Scopus and Web of Science. Factors such as geographic isolation, the lack of specialized services and patriarchal norms aggravate the difficulty of accessing justice in these regions. To guarantee the full exercise of the rights of rural women, it is necessary to strengthen the service infrastructure and promote social changes that favor the effective protection of these victims.
