Este artigo tem por objetivo analisar os impactos que o reconhecimento do Poliamor poderá trazer para o meio social e jurídico, tratará da (im)possibilidade de implementação da União Poliafetiva figurando as realidades afetivas familiares. Contribuirá também com elementos da ascensão familiar para que se possa compreender a gênese do tema a ser abordado e sua evolução histórica, até se chegar a presumíveis repercussões ao Direito Previdenciário no Brasil, como na Pensão por Morte. Atentando-se a alcançar tais objetivos desta pesquisa, foi desenvolvida a sua metodologia por meio de pesquisas bibliográficas, como doutrinas, artigos
científicos, e também pesquisas jurisprudenciais, com complemento da Constituição Federal de 1988, Código Civil e outros atos normativos específicos do Direito Previdenciário. Desse modo, foi demonstrada como se daria essa relação entre a União Poliafetiva quanto aos benefícios previdenciários, como também a viabilidade de hipóteses de benefícios complementares como um viés de escape e amparo a estes.

This article aims to analyze the impacts that the recognition of Polyamory could bring to the social and legal environment, it will deal with the (im)possibility of implementing the Polyamory Union taking into account family affective realities. It will also contribute with elements of family growth so that one can understand the genesis of the topic to be addressed and its historical evolution, until arriving at the presumed repercussions on Social Security Law in Brazil, such as the Death Pension. Trying to achieve the objectives of this research, its methodology was developed through bibliographic research, such as doctrines, scientific articles, and also jurisprudential research, complemented by the Federal Constitution of 1988, the Civil Code and other specific normative acts of Social Security Law. In this way, it was demonstrated how this relationship would occur between the Polyaffective Union in terms of social security benefits, as well as the predictions of hypotheses of complementary benefits such as an escape trip and support for these.
