O artigo discute o manejo clínico da psicose sob uma perspectiva psicanalítica, ressaltando a escuta, o acolhimento e a valorização da subjetividade. Diferencia neurose e psicose pelos mecanismos de recalque e foraclusão, destacando a ausência do Nome-do-Pai como eixo estruturante da psicose e origem da dificuldade de simbolização. O tratamento visa possibilitar a construção de sentidos e a reorganização subjetiva, priorizando um enquadre estável e a valorização das produções do paciente. O analista atua como “secretário” e sujeito suposto não saber, favorecendo a autoria do paciente. A arteterapia é apresentada como recurso para expressão simbólica e reintegração social. O texto reforça a importância da ética, da humanização e do respeito às formas subjetivas de existência do sujeito psicótico.
The article discusses the clinical management of psychosis from a psychoanalytic perspective, highlighting listening, welcoming and valuing subjectivity. Differentiates neurosis and psychosis by the mechanisms of re-resspraction and foraclusion, highlighting the absence of the Father's Name as a structuring axis of psychosis and origin of the difficulty of symbolization. The treatment aims to enable the construction of meanings and subjective reorganization, prioritizing a stable framework and the appreciation of patient productions. The analyst acts as a "secretary" and subject supposedly not knowing, favoring the authorship of the patient. Art therapy is presented as a resource for symbolic expression and social reintegration. The text reinforces the importance of ethics, humanization and respect for the subjective forms of existence of the psychotic subject.
