This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Full-Time School in the municipality of Barra do Garças-MT, as well as the development of this process for the professionals involved. It is worth noting that this is the first municipal school offering full-time elementary education, generating a significant impact on the local community of Barra do Garças. The reorganization of the school is observed in various aspects, including its extracurricular curriculum, Political-Pedagogical Project, Internal Regulations, as well as the structural and functional aspects of the institution's staff, and the entire school environment as it accommodates students in a full-time schedule. The methodology to be employed in this work will include exploratory research, a quantitative-qualitative approach, and research techniques such as questionnaires and observations, along with a bibliographic review of books, journals, legislation, and scientific articles addressing the topic in question, in addition to field research.
