Este trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar os impactos da gestão agropecuária sobre os indicadores produtivos e financeiros do Grupo Boa Esperança assistida pela Charroa Gestão Agropecuária com a utilização da plataforma Inttegra, foram monitorados dados zootécnicos e econômicos da safra 2021/2022. Os principais indicadores avaliados incluíram taxa de fertilidade, taxa de desmame, ganho médio diário, lotação, produtividade por hectare, custo por arroba e margem operacional. Apesar de desafios como a mortalidade de bezerros e custos acima da média de fazendas mais rentáveis, a operação obteve lucro por arroba e crescimento no rebanho. A análise também revelou a importância da capacitação da equipe, da padronização dos processos e do planejamento estratégico na obtenção de melhores resultados. Conclui-se que a gestão eficiente contribui significativamente para a sustentabilidade e a lucratividade da atividade pecuária, sendo fundamental para decisões mais assertivas e para o uso racional dos recursos disponíveis.
his study aimed to analyze the impacts of agricultural management on the productive and financial indicators of Grupo Boa Esperança. Through a partnership with Charroa Gestão Agropecuária and the use of the Inttegra platform, zootechnical and economic data from the 2021/2022 season were monitored. The main indicators evaluated included fertility rate, weaning rate, average daily gain, stocking rate, productivity per hectare, cost per arroba, and operating margin. Despite challenges such as calf mortality and costs above the average of top-performing farms, the operation achieved a positive profit per arroba and herd growth. The analysis also highlighted the importance of staff training, process standardization, and strategic planning in achieving better results. It is concluded that efficient management significantly contributes to the sustainability and profitability of livestock farming, playing a fundamental role in more assertive decision-making and the rational use of available resources.
