O tema deste estudo destina-se a reflexões sobre o papel do psicólogo educacional, bem como o papel do educador para o processo de inclusão dos estudantes com necessidades especiais. Por meio do aporte teórico bibliográfico são apresentados argumentos para entender a história da educação inclusiva brasileira, as contribuições do psicólogo escolar e do educador para a promoção de um ensino inclusivo e de qualidade. O estudo também aponta propostas de intervenção para amenizar as questões ligadas à inclusão por meio dos dois profissionais, para subsidiar toda a comunidade escolar para que tenham acesso a uma educação de qualidade e inclusiva.
The theme of this study is intended for reflections on the role of the educational psychologist, as well as the role of the educator for the process of inclusion of students with special needs. Through the theoretical and bibliographic contribution, arguments are presented to understand the history of Brazilian inclusive education, the contributions of the school psychologist and the educator to the promotion of inclusive and quality teaching. The study also points out intervention proposals to alleviate issues related to inclusion through the two professionals, to subsidize the entire school community so that they have access to quality and inclusive education.
