This study analyzes the importance of animal reproduction in beef production, highlighting Brazil as a global leader in production and exports. The study aimed to evaluate pregnancy rates in primiparous and multiparous cows, identifying their nutritional and management needs. Using Fixed Time Artificial Insemination (TAI) and ultrasound pregnancy diagnosis. The research was conducted on a rural property with Nelore females. The results showed a pregnancy rate of 25% in primiparous women and 62% in multiparous women. Highlighting that multiparous cows have a higher pregnancy rate due to reproductive experience and better physiological development and the difficulties faced by first-calf cows due to the competition between body growth and reproduction. The article shows that differentiated management and nutrition are essential to improve reproductive efficiency and profitability, proposing specific strategies for each category of bovine female
