The objective of this study was to examine, through a comprehensive literature review, pertinent factors of physical exercise in the management of childhood obesity. The prevalence of childhood obesity has surged in recent times, emerging as a prominent public health concern and precipitating manifold complications from early years to adulthood. Consequently, dietary patterns and physical activity regimens exert impact on fostering a more salubrious lifestyle. This rationale underscores the importance of implementing an educational initiative designed to combat obesity and bolster the progression of future research. It serves as a supplementary asset for academics, experts, learners, and society at large. Moreover, it is imperative to underscore the pivotal role of physical educators in improving the well-being of overweight children.
