O estudo apresentado é resultado da pesquisa que buscou investigar a utilização e os benefícios da Contação de História como recurso de ensino aprendizagem do campo de experiência: Espaço, tempo, quantidades, relações e transformações na Educação Infantil. Na investigação foram realizadas pesquisas bibliográficas, aplicação de questionário pelo google formulário e observação de algumas práticas em instituições municipais CMEIS de Aragarças-GO, Barra do Garças e Pontal do Araguaia MT. Constatou-se que há concordância que a Contação de História deve ser utilizada e auxilia na aprendizagem no campo de experiência pesquisado de forma prazerosa. A proposta incentiva a curiosidade da criança para o fundamento matemático. O estudo produzido pode ser um incentivo em favor da melhoria do ensino aprendizagem e orientações à outras pesquisas.

The study presented is the result of research that sought to investigate the use and benefits of storytelling as a teaching-learning resource in the field of experience: Space, time, quantities, relationships and transformations in children's education. In the investigation, bibliographic research was carried out, a questionnaire was applied via Google form and observation of some practices in municipal institutions CMEIS in Aragarças-GO, Barra do Garças and Pontal do Araguaia MT. It was found that there is agreement that storytelling should be used and assists in learning in the field of experience researched in a pleasurable way. The proposal encourages the child's curiosity in mathematical knowledge. The study produced out can be an incentive in favor of improving teaching-learning and guidance for other research
